Our Approach to Bespoke and Pre-Orders

At SHE OFFICIEL, we are deeply committed to thoughtful design and responsible production. Every pair of shoes is crafted on demand — a process that ensures exclusivity, reduces waste, and honors the artistry behind each creation.

How Pre-orders Work

  • Select your desired style and complete your order
  • If you would like to customise embroidery or material colours, simply leave a note at checkout or email our Atelier at info@she-officiel.com
  • Once your order is received, we recommend measuring your feet to ensure the best possible fit. We’re happy to provide a detailed measuring guide upon request
  • Your shoes will then be carefully crafted, made entirely to order


Please note: Production and delivery typically take 6–8 weeks. We truly appreciate your patience—each pair is made with intention, supporting slow fashion while ensuring something uniquely yours.

How Bespoke Orders Work

  • Fill in our bespoke order form here

  • Our Atelier will review your request and explore what is possible for your design

  • If your request is feasible, we will be in touch to discuss the details, including any creative or technical limitations

  • Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice with payment detail

  • You will be guided through two rounds of approvals before your shoes move into production


Please note: Bespoke orders typically take approximately two months to complete, after which your shoes will be carefully prepared and dispatched to you.

Cancellations
Once a bespoke or pre-order is placed, you may cancel within 2 working days of placing your order.  After this period, your order will move into fulfilment and no cancellations may be accepted.

Delivery
Your shoes will be shipped to the address provided. If your purchase includes both pre-orders and in-stock items, all pieces will be shipped together once available. For separate deliveries, we recommend placing individual orders.
