PRICING AND PAYMENT

Thank you for choosing www.she-officiel.com. When you make a purchase through our website, your contract is with She Officiel Limited. You agree that all products ordered are for personal and domestic use only, and not for resale. Prices listed on our website are in British Pound or another local currency and do not include local taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges for postage and packaging apply, as specified in the delivery section. We accept payments via Paypal, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CHECKOUT

Once your order is confirmed at checkout, please note that no changes can be made thereafter. It's important to ensure all details are accurate before clicking the confirm button.

Payment of the full total price for the Products you order must be received before we can accept your order. Upon receiving your payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to the address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract. Reasons for non-acceptance or cancellation may include:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the ordered Product
• Inability to obtain payment authorization
• Identification of errors in Product information, such as price or promotions

Should any issues arise with your order, we will promptly contact you. If we refuse an order or cancel your contract, we will notify you via email and refund any deducted amount to your debit/credit card within 14 days of the order date. Please note, we are not obligated to provide additional compensation for any disappointment caused.

PREORDERS 

To support our commitment to slow fashion, we offer items for pre-order. Your payment will be processed only upon dispatch of your order. If you purchase additional in-stock items or more pre-orders, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you prefer separate shipments for your other products, we suggest placing separate orders.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

If you choose to pay with Visa Electron or Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be temporarily reserved in your account per your card's terms. The actual deduction will occur when your order is shipped.

To provide Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal information—including contact details and order information—with Klarna during checkout. Klarna uses this information to assess eligibility for and customize payment options for you. Your shared personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy policy.

www.she-officiel.com uses British Pound for pricing.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Store. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased if the item is out of stock.
