Ruth created The Delilah trainer as a celebration of pure joy and summer optimism. She wanted to design a luxury sneaker that could instantly lift spirits and bring color to everyday moments. The hand-sewn pastel wave pattern represents playfulness, ease and warmth. Delilah embodies confidence - embracing color, movement, and the beautiful unpredictability of artisanal craftsmanship. All of our trainers are made to order at our atelier in Ukraine. Each pair takes approximately 20 hours to produce given the meticulous details involved. Therefore each piece is a true work of art made in-house by our skilled team of craftspeople in Ukraine.

Yes, however we always advise our clients to order a size up with our trainers, particularly if you plan on wearing socks and even thicker socks during the colder climate. This will afford our clients more comfort and ease when walking in our trainers.

We mainly work with Italian mesh, tulle and locally sourced beads and sequins. Our insole is made of 100% leather.

Not at all. We love guiding our clients through our bespoke experience — it’s a beautiful opportunity to ideate together and bring your personal vision to life. From selecting colourways, fabrics, beads, and calligraphy, we typically begin with a short call (or email, if preferred) to understand your style, the occasion or setting for your shoes, and any symbolic elements you may wish to include. From there, our team creates a curated moodboard for your review and approval. Once the design is confirmed, we begin crafting your pair, sharing updates and photos throughout the process. It’s a truly intimate and immersive experience, and many clients find they gain a deeper appreciation for the artistry behind our shoes.

Due to the intricate nature of our shoes — and because we work with softer, more delicate fabrics on a silhouette traditionally used for sports — we’ve invested deeply in R&D to perfect our signature SHE OFFICIEL aesthetic: light, refined, and beautifully ornate. To preserve this craftsmanship and ensure the quality of each pair, there are a few design parameters we adhere to. These include maintaining our signature trainer silhouette and working exclusively with our selected fabrics, such as mesh or tulle. These thoughtful limitations allow us to create a bespoke pair that is both personal and technically sound, while staying true to the elegance and identity of our brand.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that taxes and customs duties vary by country and will be the responsibility of the customer, as these fees are determined by each destination’s customs policies. That said, we’ll do our utmost to support your order and keep you informed every step of the way until it arrives safely.

Our shoes are crafted from delicate mesh or tulle with 100% leather insoles, designed for comfort and ideal for occasion or leisure wear. While they are beautifully made, they are not intended for active use or wet weather, as the fabrics may be prone to staining. To support their care, each pair comes with a specially formulated cleansing soap so you can gently remove any marks should they occur.

Each order arrives beautifully packaged in our signature box, with your shoes carefully placed inside a cotton dust bag to protect them from dust and debris. We also include a cleansing soap, a mini sponge, and a care card with detailed instructions on how to maintain and clean your shoes.

For bespoke orders, once our atelier has begun production, refunds are not accepted unless the shoes arrive faulty. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After this period, we are unable to accept refund requests. For pre-orders, the policy is similar. While refunds are not offered once production begins, you may return your shoes if you are unhappy with them provided they are in pristine, unworn condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping fees, and the item must be returned to us within one week of receipt. We appreciate your understanding, as each pair is thoughtfully crafted with significant time and care.
